Beginning in January 2026, registrants will receive a monthly email to stay informed about the latest conference happenings. About one week before the conference, you will receive a few emails from ACRP about onsite events and “know before you go” details to help you prepare for your trip to Orlando. We strongly encourage you to be opted in to ACRP marketing emails to stay informed.

What is the registration deadline? Can I register onsite?

Registration will not close, so you are able to register onsite. We do encourage advance registration, whenever possible.

What if I need to cancel or transfer my ACRP 2026 registration?

Cancellations received in writing by March 24, 2026, will result in a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). Refunds will be processed via the payment method used to cover the cost of the original registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 24.

If the registrant is unable to attend the ACRP conference, they must speak with ACRP Customer Care to substitute someone else from the same institution/organization.

Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name and amount paid, in addition to the replacement and attendee’s email and full name. Should the registration transfer occur between registrants eligible for different registration categories (member versus non-member), the substitute will be responsible for paying the difference between registration fees.
