The Hyatt Regency Orlando is the official headquarters hotel and location for all ACRP 2026 activities.

ACRP has secured discounted room rates for ACRP 2026 guests: $269/night for single or double occupancy, $294 for triple, and $319 for quad (plus taxes & fees). This discount is not guaranteed after March 25, 2026.

Friday, April 24: The full-day pre-conference workshops will begin at 9:00 AM. If you’re not attending a workshop, please make your travel plans so you can attend the Opening Night Reception from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26: Meals, educational sessions, and networking events will run from 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM.
Monday, April 27: Meals and educational sessions will run from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please note, the Expo Hall will not be open on Monday.

Valet Parking: Overnight and visitor rates are $53/day with in-and-out privileges. On-site parking is limited and subject to availability.

Self-Parking: Overnight and visitor rates are $38/day with in-and-out privileges. Public parking is available at varying rates for events. Oversized vehicles may incur additional charges. View rates.
