The Hyatt Regency Orlando is the official headquarters hotel and location for all ACRP 2026 activities.

ACRP has secured discounted room rates for ACRP 2026 guests: $269/night for single or double occupancy, $294 for triple, and $319 for quad (plus taxes & fees). The resort fees are waived for attendees. This room block ends on March 25, 2026.

Friday, April 24: Full-day workshops begin at 9:00 AM. If you do not plan to register for a workshop, please make your travel plans to attend the 5:00 PM Opening Night Reception.
Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26: Breakfast begins in the Expo Hall at 8:00 AM sharp! Sessions, meals, breaks, and networking events will run from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM on both days.
Monday, April 27: Networking meals and sessions will run from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Don’t miss the closing Signature Series session—new this year! The Expo Hall will be closed.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just 12 miles away, with over 35 airlines serving 170+ nonstop destinations. Taxis, shuttles, and rideshare options make getting to Hyatt Regency Orlando quick and easy. Please note that Orlando cabs are considerably more expensive than Uber/Lyft.
Parking
Valet Parking: Overnight and visitor rates are $53/day with in-and-out privileges. On-site parking is limited and subject to availability.
Self-Parking: Overnight and visitor rates are $38/day with in-and-out privileges. Public parking is available at varying rates for events. Oversized vehicles may incur additional charges. View rates.
