Full Conference Registration

Full Conference Registration includes breakfast, lunch, educational sessions, and networking events from 8:00 AM on Saturday, April 25 through 3:00 PM on Monday, April 27. It also includes the Opening Night Celebration on Friday, April 24, and the Expo Hall Networking Events on April 25 and April 26. Full Conference Registration also includes access to the ACRP 2026 Replay Sessions. Access to Contact Hours from ACRP 2026 will be available for one year.

Full Conference Registration includes the ability to earn up to 24 ACRP Contact Hours which includes sessions at the conference and access to the conference replay sessions after Orlando.

Workshops scheduled for Friday, April 24, are NOT included in Full Conference Registration and must be selected during the registration process for an additional fee.

Weekend Registration

Includes admission to breakfast, lunch, and the educational sessions on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26. It also includes access to the Expo Hall on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26. You may access the on-demand replay sessions from the dates you attended in New Orleans as part of your registration fee.

One-Day Registration

Includes admission to the conference sessions and breakfast and lunch on the chosen day. If you attend on Saturday, April 25, Sunday, April 26, or Monday, April 27, it also includes access to the Expo Hall on Saturday and Sunday. Please note, the Expo Hall will not be open on Monday, April 27. You may also access the on-demand replay sessions for the date you attended in Orlando as part of your registration fee.

Student Registration Discount

*A student discount is available only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students who use a valid email address ending with an .edu domain to create their ACRP account and submit a signed Enrollment Verification document from academic institute verifying enrollment in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester (undergraduate students) or enrollment in a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester (graduate students). Workshop Registration

**ACRP 2026 Workshops on Friday, April 24, are NOT included with Full Conference registration and require a separate fee. Attendees may earn an additional 5.50 ACRP Contact Hours for the Full-Day Workshops above the 24.0 ACRP Contact Hours with Full Conference Registration. Lunch will be provided to workshop registrants. Please see the cancellation policy for details regarding workshop cancellation. Workshop details will be released on Monday, October 20.

Group Registration Discount

ACRP offers discounted pricing for groups of 10 individuals or more. Please complete this contact form so we may follow up with you directly.

Media Registration

Complimentary registration is available to credentialed journalists. Those requesting media registration must be currently employed by a news publication or organization, such as a Business and Trade Publication/News Wire Service, Television, Radio, Online Publication, or as a freelance writer. Please contact Lisa Townsend with your inquiry.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations received in writing by March 24, 2026, will result in a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). Refunds will be processed via the payment method used to cover the cost of the original registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 24.

If the registrant is unable to attend the ACRP conference, they must speak with ACRP Customer Care to substitute someone else from the same institution/organization.

Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name and amount paid, in addition to the replacement and attendee’s email and full name. Should the registration transfer occur between registrants eligible for different registration categories (member versus non-member), the substitute will be responsible for paying the difference between registration fees.
