ACRP 2026 Speaker Resources
We look forward to welcoming you to Orlando for ACRP 2026—the ultimate destination for education, inspiration, and connection. Session presenters play a critical role in the ACRP 2026 experience. To help ensure an effective and impactful session, please review the guidelines outlined below and in the Speaker PowerPoint template.
The Speaker Dashboard provides access to your session details, speaker agreement, conference registration, hotel information, and more. Please bookmark this page for easy access.
Presentation Guidelines
For consistency across the conference sessions, all speakers must use the official ACRP 2026 PowerPoint template. This includes a slide for polling questions, but please be aware that ACRP does not provide polling software or onsite support.
Your session PowerPoint must be emailed to conference@acrpnet.org by January 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, so ACRP can review your slides. We understand you are busy with other priorities, so please plan ahead! Please contact ACRP staff if your presentation has an audio and/or video component or if you have other special requirements you would like to discuss.
The deck includes effective practices for presenting, which will help ensure all attendees can engage with your content.
Resources to Help You Prepare
Recording Your Session Promotional Video
Speakers are expected to record a brief promotional video about their session to offer a sneak peek into their content and inspire their peers to attend their presentation. Only ONE video should be submitted per session. Videos should not be longer than 90 seconds, and we’ve provided an easy-to-use platform for recording. To ensure the best quality, please record on a desktop or laptop, where you'll see prompts, tips, and the countdown timer. Do not record on a mobile phone.
ACRP will share your video on your speaker and session webpages, as well as in marketing emails and on social media. We’ve included a few examples of high-quality videos from ACRP 2025, along with helpful tips to guide you in creating your own.
Submission Deadlines:
For a session with one speaker, please submit your video by Friday, October 31, 2025.
For sessions with more than one speaker, please submit your video by Friday, November 14, 2025.
#1: Solo speaker promoting a session
#2: Multiple speakers recording together in-person
#3: Multiple speakers recording over Teams or Zoom
#4: Designated speaker promoting session with multiple speakers.
Helpful Recording Tips:
Ensure your session title is accurate before recording. If your session title was edited by ACRP, you were notified when your proposal was accepted. Please be sure to use the session title provided in your proposal acceptance email.
For the best recording quality, use a stable, high-speed internet connection. Be mindful of your background—something simple or an office setting with minimal noise and distractions is ideal. Since you can record multiple times, feel free to take your time to get it just right.
If your session involves multiple speakers, only one video submission is needed. Please refer to the video examples above to see a few ways that ACRP 2025 speakers recorded their promo video:
Recording together if you’re in the same location. (Example #2)
Using platforms like Teams or Zoom if you’re remote. (Example #3)
Designating one person to record and submit on behalf of the group. (Example #4)
Promoting Your Session
There are a few impactful ways that you can help spread the word about your session—before and during ACRP 2026!
The ACRP Speaker Marketing Toolkit has graphics, draft copy, and tips for promoting your conference session to your networks via social media—and beyond. We make it easy to position yourself as a thought leader in clinical research!
When you’re in Orlando, feel free to ask someone sitting in the front of the room to take your photo while you’re on stage presenting. You’ll be glad you did… then post it on social media and brag about your accomplishment! ACRP does hire a professional photographer, but we cannot guarantee they will be able to cover every session and speaker.
After ACRP 2026, don’t forget to update your LinkedIn profile with your speaking role. Include your session topic, description, dates, and “Associated with ACRP - Association of Clinical Research Professionals” in the Projects section.
