Lella Baker has worked within pharmaceutical quality for approximately 15 years. She has experience in running back rooms and as a scribe for FDA, vendor and internal audits. She has additional experience in hosting a variety of sponsor audits while working for a CRO organization. For the past 5 years, Ms. Baker has worked as a sponsor and consultant auditor primarily focusing on investigator sites and CROs. She has audited extensively in both the US as well as Canada, the UK and EU.
