With a B.A. in Psychology and current M.S. studies in Organizational Psychology, and over 15 years of experience she specializes in environments that enhance collaboration and well-being. As the co-founder of Sophos she integrates principles of organizational behavior, spatial efficiency, and human centered design to develop workspaces that support both operational excellence and employee engagement. Drawing on a deep understanding of how space impacts workflow and culture, she is committed to bring innovative, research informed solutions to the clinical research field. Yekatrina believes that well designed environments are essential to advancing productivity, compliance, and care, and is eager to contribute to ACRP's mission by aligning physical spaces with the evolving needs of research professionals and participants alike.
