Heather Manley, MS, LPC, holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a graduate certificate in Statistics and Research Design and serves as Site Director at Clinvest Research, a Headlands Research site. She provides strategic and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio of Phase II–IV clinical trials across therapeutic areas including migraine, metabolic disease, cardiovascular conditions, chronic pain, and rheumatology. With more than 13 years of experience in clinical research, Heather is recognized for her expertise in site operations, quality oversight, and delivery of high-performing studies from startup through closeout. Since Clinvest joined the Headlands Research network in 2023, she has also contributed to integration efforts and network-wide initiatives to strengthen performance across sites. She is known for translating frontline operational experience into practical, scalable solutions that support successful trial execution.
