Jodie graduated with her RN degree in 1995 in Flint Michigan and went on to get her bachelor’s in business management in 2001. She took her first Cardiac Research Coordinator Position at a hospital in Saginaw Michigan in 2001. In 2005, she and her husband moved to Texas where she took her first Management position over a research department for a group of cardiologists at South Texas Cardiovascular Consultants in San Antonio, TX. She was involved with Pharma and Device trials, and managed that department for 17 years. She joined Edwards Lifesciences LLC in 2022 as a Senior Clinical Research Monitor. She works in the TMTT Division, where she is a field monitor for Trans Catheter Approach Tricuspid and Mitral Valve Studies in the Midwest Region. She became certified as a CCRA in 2024 and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with other colleagues in the research industry.
