Osa Eisele, MD, MPH is a seasoned leader in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, clinical research and global health. As Head of Representation in Clinical Research (RiSE) at Amgen, Dr. Eisele provides strategic leadership to enhance proportional representation in clinical trials and address health disparities. She collaborates across industry, academia, and regulatory bodies to advance inclusive clinical and translational research to improve research accessibility and health outcomes for all. Dr. Eisele brings over two decades of experience in clinical safety leadership, risk management, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy. She has held senior roles at Mesoblast, Allergan, and Amgen, contributing to global pharmacovigilance, safety oversight, and regulatory interactions. She has also been involved in industry-wide initiatives, including TransCelerate’s IGPVR efforts. Dr. Eisele is passionate about reducing health disparities by advancing broad access to clinical research and driving improved health outcomes for all.
