Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative

Morgan Hanger leads the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative’s (CTTI), a public private partnership founded between the FDA and Duke University to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical trials. Prior to CTTI, Ms. Hanger worked in healthtech startups, including as vice president of the patient research network PatientsLikeMe, leading partnerships to use novel data sources in life sciences and regulatory settings. She has also held positions within the Health Outcomes Group at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and at the Congressional Budget Office. Ms. Hanger graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
