Challace is committed to fostering effective partnerships between administrative offices, investigators, and research volunteers, bridging the gap between scientific discovery and real-world application. She serves as the Culture of C.A.R.E. in Research Lead for the Feinstein Institutes, where core values of connectedness, awareness, respect, and empathy during the conduct of research promote trust in the research process.
