Lindsay Eyzaguirre is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and Clinical Coordinating Center Director at BIOS Clinical Trials Coordinating Center. With nearly 20 years of experience in translational science and multicenter clinical trials, she has led efforts to improve research operations and strategic growth. Her early work focused on HIV-1 epidemiology and capacity building. Over the past 14 years, she has overseen numerous studies, directing project and site management, sIRB coordination, and DSMB support. She founded and leads the DSMB unit, supporting 14 active studies, and also leads the Site Performance Intervention Studio, a collaborative initiative to augment site engagement and trial performance. As project lead for the NCATS-funded JHU Trial Innovation Center, she enhances trial operations across the trial life-cycle. She is launching a national training program for investigators transitioning to multicenter trials, with emphasis on critical competencies essential for management of multicenter clinical trials.
