Muriel Maignan Wilkins, CEO and Founder of Paravis Partners, is a sought after C-suite advisor and executive coach with over two decades of experience in elevating the performance of senior leaders. Muriel is the author of “Leadership Unblocked: Break Through the Beliefs That Limit Your Potential” (Harvard Business Review Press; October 2025) and the host of the award-winning Havard Business Review podcast, Coaching Real Leaders. She is also the co-author of “Own The Room”. As a finalist for the Thinkers50 Coaching Award, she has been recognized among the leading global thinkers in coaching and leadership development. Muriel’s professional background also includes roles in management consulting, marketing and strategy at organizations such as Accenture and The Prudential.
Muriel has worked with executives at organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, AstraZeneca, Pandora, Freddie Mac, National Institutes of Health, AARP, Bain Capital, Spencer Stuart, ESPN, Marriott, Leo Burnett, ITT, Invitrogen, Paramount Pictures, and National Geographic Society. She has been invited to speak at organizations like NBCUniversal, Google, The World Bank, The Brookings Institution, and has served as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BSBA from Georgetown University, and Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University.
With a global upbringing in North Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean, Muriel brings an invaluable perspective to her work. She now proudly calls Washington DC home. Muriel is a lifelong seeker and deeply passionate about human rights issues. She is addicted to running, all things Peloton, the sun, hiking and finds great joy in reading a good book while enjoying a strong cup of Bustelo coffee.
