Laveina Dash is Director of Doctors in Clinical Trials Research (DCTR) at National Medical Fellowships. She brings more than 28 years of experience in clinical research operations, workforce development, and Investigator training.
In her role, she leads national initiatives designed to strengthen the clinical research workforce and expand pathways for clinicians to become Principal Investigators.
Through this work, Laveina focuses on developing the next generation of Principal Investigators, expanding the capacity of research-ready clinical sites nationwide, and advancing collaborative approaches that strengthen clinical research ecosystems both nationally and globally.
