Amber Anaya is a Clinical Research Operations Manager at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance clinical research infrastructure and workforce development. With over a decade of experience in clinical research—from hands-on coordination to high-level operational leadership—Amber has cultivated deep expertise in regulatory compliance, study start-up, and cross-functional collaboration. She has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a scalable, tech-enabled onboarding program at the Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM), integrating tools like Microsoft Teams, REDCap, and OnCore CTMS to support individualized training, compliance tracking, and continuous learning. Amber holds a Master’s in Translational Pharmacology and is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC).
