Jen Milam is a seasoned association and certification professional with expertise in credentialing, accreditation, and exam development. As Certification Manager at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), she oversees six certification programs—four accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)—working closely with exam committees and subject matter experts to ensure ACRP certifications remain relevant, fair, and reflective of current practice. Jen has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) and currently serves on the I.C.E. Public Member Committee. She holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and I.C.E. Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) credentials and is a graduate of the Florida State University with honors. She’s excited to serve as today’s moderator, leading a conversation with ACRP‑Certified professionals whose experiences highlight the real‑world value of certification.
