She is a recognized leader in clinical research project management, delivering training on risk management, change management, ICH GCP, and leadership at national conferences and industry events. Jess is passionate about supporting clinical research professionals not just in their technical roles but as whole individuals. She integrates wellness practices—such as stress management, mindfulness, and work-life balance—into professional development to promote both career success and personal well-being. With a B.S. in Biological Sciences, an M.S. in Management and Leadership, an MBA, and certifications including PMP, CCRC, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Jess combines hands-on experience with academic expertise.
