Emma Pinto leads knowledge management and workforce development initiatives supporting compliant clinical research operations. Her team is responsible for training clinical trial staff and Principal Investigators across the program, with a focus on operational excellence and ICH E6(R3) modernization. Recent accomplishments include launching clinical trial competencies adopted from ACRP standards and launching a Principal Investigator education program engaging over 80 TPMG Physicians across 15 service areas in Northern California and more than 30 therapeutic areas. Emma also has experience implementing and optimizing regulated technology solutions, including clinical trial management systems, electronic filing systems, learning management systems, and workflow and project management tools. Prior to her work in clinical trials, Emma served as a program coordinator for primary prevention health education initiatives, with a focus on cancer risk reduction and substance use prevention. She holds a BS in Public Health from Boise State University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Leadership.
