With over 18 years of oncology nursing experience, I have dedicated my career to advancing patient care and scientific discovery. For the past 12 years, I have specialized in clinical research, focusing the last six years on the vital intersection of research education and training. Recognizing a need for structured professional development, I developed and implemented a foundational research onboarding program. This initiative is designed to empower new staff from day one, providing them with the essential knowledge and tools to hit the ground running. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, I ensure that research teams are not only prepared but positioned for long-term success.
