Kelly Dunsky is the Associate Director of Clinical Research Operations at The Ohio State University’s Center for Clinical Research Management. She brings more than a decade of expertise in clinical research operations, having held diverse roles as a clinical research coordinator and in operational leadership. Her work has centered on executing complex protocols, advancing quality management strategies, and designing practical education and training programs that empower research staff to thrive in a dynamic environment. In her current role, she played a key role in creating and launching an innovative onboarding system that integrates Microsoft Teams, REDCap, and OnCore to streamline onboarding, reinforce compliance, and ensure new team members feel engaged and supported from day one. She is dedicated to developing meaningful resources and nurturing collaborative teams that enable high-quality research while keeping people at the heart of every effort.
