Melissa Gottke, B.A., CIP, IRB Chairperson, is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has previous research experience as a Research Assistant at the OSU Stress and Health Lab. Before serving as a Chairperson, she was an Advarra Affiliated Board member as well as an IRB Meeting Coordinator. She has over 15 years of research experience and has held multiple roles with Advarra (formally Schulman IRB), including Board Liaison and Subject Safety Coordinator.
