As the Director of Business Development at Mercy Research, I oversee clinical trial budget strategy for all industry sponsored studies and manage research billing compliance across our sites in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. With 14 years of experience in clinical research, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison followed by a Nursing degree from Herzing University. My professional career began as a research nurse, which gave me a unique perspective that bridges direct patient care and clinical research operations. I specialize in enhancing operational workflows, improving trial startup timelines, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and high quality clinical research.
