Dean began his career as a Clinical Research Coordinator in 2016 and progressively advanced through roles as Study Manager, Clinical Project Manager, and Site Management Lead within a multi-site network. Currently serving as a Site Director at IMA Clinical Research, he oversees day-to-day operations, staff development, and trial execution. Dean is passionate about building high-performing, empowered research teams through mentorship, hands-on training, and the thoughtful integration of digital tools. His leadership approach emphasizes career development, protocol compliance, and the importance of creating inclusive, scalable workflows that support both staff retention and patient-centered care.
